Introduction
Today, it is very important to be one step ahead, to be able to cope up with technology and its benefits. People use computers in a wide variety of ways. In business, computers track inventories with barcodes and scanners. Computers used to solve mathematical problems, display complicated data, or model systems that are too expensive and impractical to build. Coping up with the fast changing technology many businesses wants their computer to acquire the goodness it could bring to their business. Having computers will help to do a certain job faster and efficient. Almost every business that is growing today, whether big or small, uses computerized system. Having a computerized system is a big use for a business because it can lessen the time for a certain operation that if done manually can consume so much time and effort. It can also lessen hassle in workplace and provide an accurate and fast result that every business needs.
As a requirement for the subject System Analysis and Development, the proponents have chosen Edelyn Feeds & Poultry Supply as our target business in hopes of providing better ways of monitoring records and transactions that instead of having them done manually, the computerized system will do it instead.
Statement of the Problem
Log books and notepads are the most common ways of business track record. By using these types of methods leaves a business vulnerable from editing, deleting and even tampering of data records that can lead to supply shortages and income loss that weighs down on business growth.

Specific Problem
Edelyn Feeds & Poultry Supply experiences the problems of manual process in terms of their transactions. Here are some specific problems:
