Problem and Solution Essay Outline
Tentative Title: Homeless pets
I. Introduction
Thesis statement: The government started putting all its efforts into solving this issue to keep the citizens safe and find appropriate solutions which could potentially solve the problem of homeless pets completely.
III. Solution One - The first solution that seems to be the most useful or the most adequate, is assistance in finding new owners or finding shelters and kennels for stray animals.
A. Advantages:
1. No cruelty
2. More adequate
3. The most useful
B. Disadvantages:
1. Too expensive
2. The lack of the shelters
3. Shortage of people
IV. Solution Two- The second solution is chipping which is useful, but expensive way of solving the problem with homeless animals.
A. Advantages:
1. Not painful
2. Helps to count the number of stray animals
B. Disadvantages
1. Too expensive
2. Complicated
V. Solution Three- The next solution which is the least preferable by government is euthanasia, which means putting the stray animals down

It proves that problems with homeless pets have increased immensely and have to be solved in order to avoid the danger of the people getting bitten by them and becoming a victim of vicious attacks that could potentially be very harmful and even deadly. The research and information provided in the paper contain some solutions for the problem, its advantages and disadvantages. The solutions which were given in the essay: finding shelters and kennels for them, assistance in finding new owners, chipping and the last is euthanasia. This essay consists of some facts, evidences and examples that show efficiency of the salvations and methods that were used in solving this
