Three Tiers Of The Electoral College
There were many ideals that crafted the constitution like the Electoral College. The Electoral College was made of a group of which they choose who would be president. As George Washington became our first President by the highest elector votes, he created the judicial system. As James Madison was persuaded to run for congress he helped with The Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights was the first amendments which protected the people of the power of national government. The three separate branches were created; legislative, executive and judicial. Each one of these branches had different powers. The judicial system broke down into three tiers the District Court, Circuit Court and the Supreme Court in which the Supreme Court had the final approval.
