1997: Titanic- The Unsinkable Ship According to the creators of the Titanic, it was an unsinkable ship due to the ship having a double bottom unlike other ships in its time. The Titanic started a new revolution for the manufacturing of new boats for transportation across large bodies of water. If anyone has ever seen the movie, Titanic, anyone would be able to point out that the ship was in fact sinkable, as well as the tragic love of Rose and Jack. The movie was based of pure enjoyment of life and suddenly ended in a tragic horror story of hundreds of death because the “unsinkable ship” was faced with its matchmaker, an iceberg. The film producers spent many details on the making the Titanic into an epic romantic disaster film by cooperating cinematography through sounds and visual aids of the huge ship to help with the making of the movie. The film, Titanic, was about the creation of an unsinkable ship that would take many people from England to New York City. It was fanaticized as the ship of dreams for many new people. One of the characters was a poor white boy named Jack. He was able to pick up his old life in England and start his new life in the United States of America. He would be able to make more money and finally meet the love of his life. In the film, this was a sure thing to happen for him. Another type of family that ends up being on the ship is a wealthy family that would be able to take their daughter, Rose, for a vacation away from home for weeks at a time. This ship seemed to open a bunch of opportunities for many people, until the climax of the film. Fortunately these two types of people land on the ship among hundreds of others that wanted to start their lives over and take the first ride upon the ship Titanic. Analyzing films, like the Titanic, is detailed enough to focus on the outrageous visuals and risky noises for selecting a genre for a film.
