ToolsCorp is an electrical appliance Corporation dedicated to producing high quality and eco-friendly electrical appliances. The Company will be located in Memphis, Tennessee. The company intends to generate enough profit to make a significant sizeable return for the investors through the expansion of the company products to global locations.
This company has decided to go global because they are confident in the ability to impact the world by producing products that are meaningful and distinguishable from all other businesses in their market. We will work to produce and manufacture appliances that will not affect the environment negatively. We are a company that will embrace the value of its investors, customers, and the environment in which they market their products. The company will incorporate a smaller production center in Dubai, UAE to capture the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets. The final assembly process of ToolsCorp will be incorporated at the smaller stations in Nashville and Dubai. The initial capacity of the plant will be capable of holding a million pounds and will use supplies sourced from companies in the neighboring countries as well as locally. Integration within the company will follow a vertical format. Currently, the company has commitments from customers willing to purchase the initial products manufactured. ToolsCorp will be the name of the business. The business will be engaged in the business of developing domestic and industrial electrical appliances.
