My ethical perspective as outlined in the Ethical Lens Inventory is viewed through the Rights-Responsibility and Results lens. Everyone’s point of view is certainly different when determining how ethics will play out in their lives. In my own perspective I believe it is important to have a balance between being rational and sensible. This balance is important when fulfilling my obligations in order to achieve the greatest good for each individual.

My core values prioritize the rights and well being of the individual. I believe that all situations are unique and unable to be categorized equally. Our own individual choices impact the lives of others. Therefore autonomy is important in order to maintain fairness in the community.
