EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
DAL Property Development is a leading real-estate company, it is one of DAL Groups companies, and DAL Group is a large and diversified private-sector conglomerate in Sudan. We have focused here in this assignment about their training and development activities. One of the vital functions of Human Resource Management, in the first part we have explained the nature of the company and training and its training and development unit. In this assignment we have tried to investigate the effectiveness of the T & D in DPD through gathering data , conducting a survey and personal observations . The data were collected from HR and Finance department to
