relationship focuses on the continuing recreation of higher purposes, change for the better occurs both in the purposes and resources of those involved and in the relationship itself.
The transformational leader plays an essential role in shifting change, followers and leaders are bound together in the transformation process. The importance of developing followers to their fullest potential extended the concept of transformational leadership (Bass, 1985; Bass & Avolio,1993). Transformational leaders motivate followers by elevating their consciousness about the importance of organizational goals and by inspiring them to go beyond their own self-interest for the sake of the organization. Effective tools used by principals:
The most effective tools used by the principal are the diagnostic tools used for assessing improvements done by the learner. Those data tools include tools that assess the student’s performance, demographic details (attendance, enrollment, level and ethnicity), and school program data (classroom strategies and programs) (NCREL, 2000).being professional in attitude and application forces creates importance to the whole school culture (Seller, 1993).
Mark Philips (2014) in his article “A Place of Learning: Physical Environment of the Classroom”, identifies the classroom as another tool for motivating the learner in the educational process. “the physical structure is a critical variable in affecting the students morale and learning” he asserts, and to him giving the chance for students to create their own environment give the chance to be part of the learning process and thus motivated to express themselves and learn better. The access to high quality instructions and well-crafted curriculum is what a principal should provide his students with. This way they help in promoting visions and goals. These resources should be given to teachers as the main reference for learners.
When teachers realize that the principal main goal and instructions are directly related to the learner rather than pointing out faults in their teaching methods they will be heart fully ready to report everything to the principal before head and even ask for consultation. Therefore, their work and interest in the process of learning will be better manifested by them and more appreciated by the principal; and the learning method will be more effective with positive impacts on the learner
