People with gender identity disorder should change their sexual identity and live among us as the opposite sex as long as they acknowledge and reveal themselves as “transsexuals”.
Now, let me define what is known as “gender identity disorder”; it is commonly referred to as “transsexualism” which is a condition where a transsexual person self-identifies as a member of the gender opposite to the one assigned to them at birth.
Transsexualism is considered a taboo subject in many parts of theworld. Y, u might ask? Well, simply because it is perceived as being supported by religious beliefs or cultural norms.And though it has become widely known in Western nations in the late 20th century due to the sexual revolution, it remains a highly controversial topic.
Conventional wisdom says that people are either boys who grow up to become men or they are girls who grow up to become women not vice versa. But many and most men and women are not satisfied with their gender identity and don’t feel comfortable in their own skin; they desire to establish a permanent social role as a member of the gender with which they identify, therefore they decide to go through a process of physical alterations referred to as sex reassignment surgery (sex change). So basically, they transform themselves from MtF or FtM. This alters physical and sexual characteristics to be more in line with the individual's psychological/social gender identity. So, although they have normal XY genes, boys who are raised as boys may have the body feelings and gender identity of girls. Similarly, some girls aren’t girls at all, but should have been boys. – it doesn’t happen very often, but it does happen – . Now, what are the reasons that push a human being to become a transexual person?
Well, there are lots of reasons that would let an individual feel the need to change;
