Trappersthey In Frankenstein

Once upon a time there was a beast called The Night Devil. He lives in the woods some say in a far out and hidden cave is dark. It came to be known by the people of the village of Igopolo. As one day there was heavy fog slowly moving around the woods, two beaver trappers got lost and wandered off in the woods. Havinge been missing for the whole day and all night, a few volunteers set out to go loock for them as there was still fog. After a few hours of searching, the volunteersthey feared that the trappersthey may have walked into a pack of wolves or a hungry bear. They set out to look for tracks or any indications that something else happened., Aas they searched to find tracks, two of the ten men that went out to search for them came
upon a strange and frightful site.
They encountered a huge paw print in the mud;, as they could see that it was bigger than anything they have seen. The paw print on the ground was bigger than any grizzly bear, ever seen or caught. It was big enough to send chills through everyone's body. They came to realize that it was much different than a grizzly bear or any other paw print anyeither of the ten men hadve seen.
As they studied it and tried to depict what animal it was, some of the men felt like they were being watched from a distance. A few of them discussed under theirre breath how they felted scared and frightened by the situation. All ten men had that frightful feeling of being watched. They discussed about what to do sience night was approaching quickly.
From there being so much fog making it hard to see which way was which, a few decided that it would be better to make camp for the night. Others wanted to attempt to make it back to their homes. They all eventually agreed to stay. With the little bit of daylight left, they gathered their things. Build a fire, and make it safe enough to be able to sleep there for the night.
They all feared to stay there in the woods, after what they saw that. While everyone pitched in to gather wood, and other provisions to be able to stay the night out there. Fletcher one of the volunteers that went out to help on the search, leaned over the edge of what appeared to be a small ledge on a big rock. Mr.Fletcher slipped and fell over the ledge of the rock and down the side if the cliff. Rolling just a few meters down, and landing on something sharp that pierced through his back and threw his stomach.
Mr. Fletcher screaming from being in pain. everyone rushed over some with torches in their hand. As the use them to be able to see what has happened. They all carefully leaned over to catch sight of what has happened. From the fog being so thick and it being dark out they really couldn't see enough . To say what has happened and what to do.
Mr.Brady thought of the idea of letting one of the torches fall down near where fletcher was to be able to see what happened. They all agreed that it was a good idea so they threw down a torch and sure enough now they were able to see what has happened.
As they looked down at hm with terror and disgust of seeing what just happened. Some of the men turned away, others tried to calm down and control themselves. As Fletcher, laying on his back tried to see what has happened to him. He picks his head up being in so much pain it was making it difficult for him to do so. Finally watching site of what is causing him so much pain he started to cry and yell in horror.
As everyone was trying to take in the horrific site of rib bones piercing threw Mr.Fletcher stomach. They first tried to calm Mr. Fletcher down and keep him quiet before he attracts any wild animals towards them. They got together and figured a way to get to him. They all decided that the fast way down was to repel on the side of the cliff. Tying their ropes together to get more length out of them and tying it to a tree on the side of the cliff.
All of the ones who agreed to go down and help Mr. Fletcher out, got in line to make there way down the cliff. The rest of the men would stay above, and make sure the rope is secure. As they all got down safely and made their way to help Mr. Fletcher.
Assessing what to best do, to get him out and on his way to the village. While the doctor that went out on the search party looked at the wounds he asked for the torch to be closer and up above them. One of the men closets to the torch reached for it and held it above them. But as the light from the torch flickers he gets a glimpse of things around them. Looking tying to see that they are he moves the torch just a bit to get a better look at what's around him.
As he sees and realizes where they are at, he shouts out to everyone else. They all take a minute to look around, then they all realize that they are inside a grave of skeletons and dead carcuses. This terrifies everyone, they all wanna get out of there. They get to planning what to do to get Fletcher out and out of there. They start by lifting him straight of the bones piercing his body.
This causes Fletcher to be in a lot of pain and he screams out. They know they have to be quick and quiet, so they plan what best to do. The doctor in the group, said that it would be in the best interest for them to break the bones from the base and carry him of like that. No one really wanted to reach in do all the dirty work, but everyone wanted to leave.
As they try to build the courage to go in and break the bones, that were left from a dead animal that what ever creature is out in the woods. While they got ready to lift fletcher up and break the bones from the carcass they heard a terrifying howl. Everyone being terrified of the sound, they hurry up to get everyone to safety.
As they set up fletcher to be raised with rope to the top of the cliff they were branches breaking of in the distance and it was getting closer and closer.
Everyone trying to raise fletcher up above and on top of the ledge so everyone else could climb up. But as they have very slow progress the creature gets closer and closer. Right as fletcher got over the ledge and he rope was sent down the creature came out of nowhere and they all hurried to climb the rope one after another. Everyone on top of the ledge tried throwing rocks and what ever else was around trying to get his attention of the other men. The rocks did nothing to the huge monster and it ran after those climbing the rope as it picked one by one of the rope tossing them back to the ground. The size of the creature was very frightening as it could chop down on a grown
man.
Everyone that was on the ledge of the cliff looked in terror as everyone down below was being attacked and eaten by the growling and ferocious beast. They draw their weapons and fire down with their two tommy guns and there 3 shoot guns. As hey made it rain bullets on the ferocious beast. The bullets made very little impact and harm on such a big and strong animal.
Very little they could do for those that were below the cliff. Sadly everyone up above had to look away and start running towards home before the creature could get to them. The five men plus one injured man grouped up and in fear and wanting to make a run for it to reach safety. All five men quickly relied on their instincts and agreed to take turns between two of them to carry the injured man by his arms and fit. They moved out moving as fast as they could. Carrying the injured man made it difficult to move along through the thicket of the woods. Helping each other to make it threw they could hear the howls of the creature which terrified them they tried to move quicker fearing that it would find a way to get over or around the cliff and go after them sadly they were right. The terrifying beast found its way around the cliff following the scent of the men left to be killed.
Approaching the river they thought they would be able to get away and make it out of the reach of the beast, thinking it would not venture into the water. Rushing to ge there quickly they heard the creature approaching them from behind they all set out to jump over the edge and into the cold river. Sadly the fast running beast got to them right as they began to jump in the last man behind didn't manage to escape the jaws of the beast.
The two men that supposedly were missing, were of in the distance making there way back to the village as it was still early morning and still dark out they could hear the growls that came of in the distance. They both new that it was the creature that chased after them the night they were supposed to return to home.
They hurried to find out if they could help in anyway but both knowing they were no match for the creature. As they arrived to the edge of the river they could see the beast as it ran on the opposite side if the river chasing after the men floating down stream. The beast seemed to not be to inclined to jump in the river. The men swimming towards the opposite side from where they jumped of. As they were half way threw the river the beast must have lost its patience and jumped in the water. As the two men on shore saw that the head of the beast did not come up for what seemed to be enough time for the wild beast to have drowned. Bring chills to everyone the beast come up and starts to swim towards them. As fast as they could they made their last efforts to make it. Quickly the beast catched up to them, and one by one they were chewed up.
In tears and sorrow the two other men in the distance saw in terror as the other men were viciously killed.
They both New sooner or later the beast would catch the scent of them so they had to move on and make a run for it towards the village. As they still had a few miles to travel to arrive they tried to hustle and use all there energy as the y where si frighten to me killed my the beast. Then after they both could see the lights of the town they heard the loud growls of the beast. They were si frightens as they did not know how close it was to them.
Being so close to arriving to the village they could hear the loud steps of the beast they shouted and cried for help and many men heard and came funny to the aid of the men yelling at the top of there lungs. As every man in la village came running with there rifles at hand they lined up wating for what ever was coming. The two men yelled” beast, beast behind us” the men at the front of the village where confused but after the loud growls of the creature they Knew something big was coming towards
them.
They all pointed at the tree line just waiting for what ever it wasps the two men came running out with oak faces from being so frightened they ran and dropped to the ground as they New the creature was right behind them. All the men stared and aimed and as soon as the giant creature came out they all fired at it. All the men being so frightened from how big and scary the creature was they all took more and more shoot but there weapons were just too small for such a strong animal. They keeped firing in hopes to kill it but the beast New it was being badly hurt it turned around and headed back into the woods as it ran away.
Every Man that went out to search for the two men were pronounced dead by the two men that lived and made it home. The two men serving the beast called it the night devil because it went out to hunt at night and it's characteristics makes it look like a débil at night. For years people were not able to go into the forest because it was being watched but the night devil. No one has returned and explored those woods as people get. A weird feeling that they were being watched .
