This makes it very hard to fight the ban, because it is entirely legal. It also does not directly affect me, or most Americans. This is another cause that makes it difficult to fight the injustice. Hope is not lost, however, and we can take actions to repeal this law. The main thing is educating yourself, and your peers on correct political knowledge. There is a huge amount of misinformation on the internet and in people's minds. Knowing the correct information is the easiest and best way to make informed decisions. Another very good way to help repeal the travel ban is to attend protests and political rallies, and organize your own. One reason the original, much stricter, travel ban was repealed was because of the large public and international outcry at the urgency and strictness of the travel ban. You can also write to your state representative to make your opinion known. The most important thing to do is not to be daunted by individuals outspoken by their beliefs of a closed border.
