Trilogy Case
1) the recruiting technique they rely is college recruiting. They want the freshest and least experience employees in the workforce. They then fly their top recruits and their spouses to Austin, to conduct an onsite visit. While the candidates and their spouses are there for 3 days, top management takes them out on the town to do fun things after a day full of interviews. They also scour computer science departments, looking for ambitious overachievers.
2) Obviously Trilogy is looking for individuals who are passionate about the position they seek. They are seeking a younger generation of well-educated smart individuals who are extremely faithful and fervent. They are allowing flexibility. They are attracting the technique know how, and electronically driven generation. This company puts their employees first that are pushed to achieve, but will be well rewarded. They only want the best that are overachievers, ambitious, and have an entrepreneurial instinct about them. On the otherhand being that they tend to recruit recent college graduates, the average age of their employees are 26. There is no dress code, they can make their own hours, and there’s a well-stocked kitchen. They also have on company sponsored events including retreats in Las Vegas and Hawaii and nights out at a dance club. Aside from discussing these elements during the interview process, while the employees and their spouses are there for the 3 days top management takes them out. They do fun things like laser tag, rollerblading, and mountain biking.
3) Trilogy sounds amazing company and too good to be true! I mean who would not want to work for a company like that. Trilogy would definitely be an appealing employer for me. The removal of restrictions such as dress code and office timings enables one to work freely and focus more on the quality of their work.
