Trump's Speech: What Makes Me The Most

There were multiple wide shots in this speech, but there was one that stuck out to me the most. This wide shot was very specific to everyone and made me feel very empowered. The wide shot that stood out to me the most is when Trump said, “We are one nation. When one state hurts, we all hurt – and we must all work together to lift each other up. Working, building, restarting together.” This part of his speech is very empowering and makes you want to get up and help the country out some how. This quote makes me actually want to vote for Trump because he is reassuring us that we can do it if we all do it together. I am big into team work, so for him to show this team bonding side of him is very reassuring and interesting. When speakers put wide
shots into their speeches it makes everything flow so much better. Everyone gets to understand some part of the speech because wide shots are broad and not very specific. Learning about wide shots will help me in my writing because I now see how it impacts people. The wide shots in Trumps speech impacted me and made me feel empowered. From now on I will try to use more wide shots because it will bring my audience more together and bond more than usual.
