Bloomberry Resorts Corporation is a public company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange that develops tourist facilities, casino entertainment, and hotel and amusement-themed projects.Bloomberry Resorts Corporation’s competitive strength is a highly professional and experienced management team that has built successful businesses in the Philippines and the global gaming sector. The company’s primary shareholder is Mr. Enrique Razon, Jr., one of the Philippines’ most prominent businessmen and the driving force behind International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) (PSE: ICT), one of the 20 largest companies in the Philippines. The company’s flagship project is a US$1 billion integrated resort located in Entertainment City in Manila, Philippines. Solaire Resort & Casino is the first integrated resort in Entertainment City with the opening of Phase I last 16 March 2013. Entertainment City is a government-sponsored economic development zone in Paranaque City, Metro Manila being developed by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) into a gaming and entertainment center on a 120-hectare site alongside Manila Bay. Solaire Manila Resort & Casino will occupy 18,500 square meters of aggregate gaming space, with around 800 hotel rooms and suites and bayside villas, four signature restaurants, a host of other food and beverage outlets, cafes and bars, retail areas and a multi-level car park when Phase I-A is completed in 2014. Solaire is located on a portion of Entertainment City facing Manila Bay. Entertainment City is very close to the Manila International Airport, Makati Central Business District, as well as the Mall of Asia, the world’s third largest shopping mall.
