The U.S. Constitution introduces America 's government and basic guidelines laws, and it guaranteed rights for the citizens. It was signed on September 17, 1787, by represent to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia it was control by George Washington and other government leaders. They review and pass the laws to public to share the rights for the citizen. As of now, there are currently 27 amendments. The first ten amendments are known as the Bill of Rights to the Constitution. Bill of Rights is a statement of citizen’s rights and privileges.

are right to bear arm. It means citizen have right to own guns and protect themselves. The third amendment is no quartering of solder. The government can’t force you to let solder stay in your house without authorization by the law. Fourth amendment is must have search warrant or seizes Example, no one can enter your home without your permission unless authorize by court. Fifth amendment is Self-incrimination. The government cannot force citizens to testify against themselves. Six amendments are right to speedy trail & lawyer. Citizen has a right to speed up the trail in court. Seven amendments are right to jury trail. It deals with the rights of those who being sued. The defendant will always have right to a trial by jury. Eight amendment protect against Excessive Bail, Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Another way of saying, it protect from unusual punishment. Nine amendment has rights not to be listed in the Constitution. The citizen has the rights to not mention in US Constitution. Ten amendment are powers reserved to the states. These first- ten amendment are most famous rights to citizen and was created by James Madison.
Couple of years later, there are seventeen-more amendments to the US Constitution. James Madison is one the member of the U.S. House of Representatives, he review the right and power of amendments. Those 17 amendment were approved by the House of Representative. Out of these 17 amendment, U.S. Senate approves 12 of them and sent to State for approval in 1789. 10 of them were review very quickly approve. Eleven amendment prevent citizens of one state or foreign country from suing another state. It was passed to the Congress on March 4, 1794 and it was approve by the states on February 7, 1795. Twelve amendment has right to elect President and Vice- President. It required electors to vote for president and vice president separately. In 1865, thirteen amendment announce and pass by Congress. It abolished slavery in the United States and Abraham Lincoln had an issue about it and ends the slavery. Fourteen amendment provide equal right, citizenship. Also, it provides due process under the law and equally provides all constitutional rights to all citizens of this country, regardless of race, sex, and religious beliefs. In 1870, fifteen amendment granted African American men the right to vote in the United States. The laws should not denied and judge by race, color and sex of the gender.
In the twenty-century, the constitution were making many law and these law became strong.
The United States were becoming better world for everyone in United States. So, that people can have their right and treat equality to everyone.
In 1913, sixteen amendment pass the Congress to have power to lay and collect federal taxes on income with state permission. Around the same time, United States establishes popular voting for which senator can be elected. After a year later, eighteen amendment bans the sale of alcohol in the United States. Because, it was illegal to sell in public. Another year later, nineteen amendment pass by Congress to women right to vote in the United States. Thirteen-years later, twenty amendment announced that President’s term start on January 20th. In the same year, in the eighteen amendment, alcohols were illegal and bans. Twenty-first amendment was made those alcohols sale is no longer illegal. Twenty- second amendment allow two- term for President of the United States. The twenty-fourth amendment abolished paying a poll tax or other taxes. The twenty-fifth amendment defines how to fill the position of the president should the President be incapacitated, die, or is removed from office. Of course, it starts with the Vice President. The twenty-six amendment to the Constitution states that age 18 rights to vote in the United States. Lastly, 27 amendment is to prevent Congress getting a pay raise until the next congress election. Example, if the congress passed a law tomorrow raising their pay it could not take effect until after the next election.
Seven-Article of U.S. Constitutions
Article one, two, and three discusses and establishes the main three branches of the government of the United States of America. The branches are the legislative, judicial, and the executive branches of the United States. In Legislative Branch of Article 1, the Congress makes the laws for the United States of America. Executive Branch of Article 2 concerns the President role and has to build his cabinet for his office in white house. Article 3 of the judicial branch is responsible for interpret and apply the laws. The three branches of government share responsibility for the government legal system. The Legislative branch creates law. The Judicial branch determines their constitutionality and resolves disputes and the Executive branch enforces the laws.
Article 4 of the Constitution discusses what the responsibilities are, and what duties the states have. It also discusses how federal government role and the responsibilities. Article 5 is responsible for amendment process or changes. Article 6 is United States Constitution highest law of the country. It has three clause long. Article 7 is the last article of the United States Constitution. It explains how many state approvals are needed in order for the constitution to take place in the United States.
