I think a .pdf can just as effective as a training video. However, the ease of use is not the same. And let me use some real world training examples I was engaged in recently. I purchased a new garage door opener and a Nest thermostat. I have never installed either of these items and needed to be trained on how to install them properly. Both items provided me with printed written directions, electronic directions and a video option. I choose the video option for both because I could access the same information easier and quicker. We do not have any control of over when or where a VA Order Request will come in. However, we are obligated to have providers ready if a request does come in for an area we were awarded. We need to turn each order request around in twenty days, which means everything has to be ready to go before that order request is received for us to be successful.
