Universal Academy Vision Statement

I believe that I am an a great fit for your teaching staff because I feel I have a true understanding of your Mission, Vision, and Goals. I see that Universal Academy is very much about success for the next generation and am happy to speak further on my role as a member of the Universal Academy staff. I feel that as an educator, and in the arts, I get to be a part of what gives students a complete education. I feel strongly that I do my part in creating leaders, that stand for excellence, achiever in the arts and equipped to display their gifts to the world. Today’s students must think beyond where they are in order to attain the dreams and goals they want to attain. This I feel goes along with the mission of Universal Academy and the kind of students you produce. When I think of Vision, I think that in order to know and understand your schools vision I must have a vision for myself, my teaching and my students as well as knowledge of Universal Academy’s vision. It is there that I see the likenesses such as “achieving individual academic” goals and being articulate and creative. I love that usage of teaching a child “respect” as well as I understand that your school teaches special needs. I know that within music and strings I can produce achievers. It will pour the most I can as a teacher so that they are able to focus
It is good for children to know discipline; it is the greatest understanding that a child can get of discipline that produces their greatest application of self-discipline. Sometimes a student must go on their own, sometimes breaking them into a group with one other peer. Sometimes students are grouped together, but on a rotation some students get to be grouped with the teacher to aid in individual attention to the source of lack of understanding. This is a major aspect of what it takes to create respect, and discipline and show my best as a member of Universal
