The 10% discount offered by the campus library is encouraging especially to the new students on the first week. Edwina goes ahead to purchase one of the recommended textbooks in the name of ‘Business law ‘fifth edition, which is the latest and most updated according to the library assistant. However, she discovers that it is not the most updated book when she goes to the first lecture and is very annoyed. She realizes the latest edition was published in the year 2014 and not the one she bought that was produced in the year 2012. Her problems are further compounded when she breaks her right arm twice when the lecturer unintentionally switches off the lights. This prompts her to purchase Dictaphone by spending £69.99 to take notes because she cannot write. In her second class, Mr. Fillipo the lecture notices that she is recording the lecture and publicly embarrasses her in front of her fellow students because she had not sought for his permission to record the notes. This made her to report Mr. Fillipo to the principal who suspends him for two weeks and later on dismisses him on accounts of inability to serve at the university because of his incompetency. Her argument is that it is the lecturer who was responsible for her inability to write notes yet he is the one who ended up embarrassing
