WELDING Welders are often working on everything you think that has something to do with construction But they work on a lot of things such as; shipbuilding, automotive, construction and manufacturing industries. Welders work on many dangerous jobs and projects for the whole united states. They work our bridges, boats, cars, roads, etc.…
Forgings involve great capital expenditure for tooling, machinery, personnel and facilities. With hot forging, a high temperature furnace, also known as the forge, is necessary to heat billets and ingots. A special building is needed to house forging operations due to the massiveness of large forging presses and hammers as well as the parts they produce with the consideration of the dangers that come with working with hot…

The laser is the first danger. It is very harmful for our eyes. The second danger is the fuser assembly. It get extremely hot and that will cause burns.…
- I have made the non-mitered piece designs by editing the final design work and will be getting the design in CAD file ready by Friday and will order for a quote from the NY Lasercut Company by next week,…
By definition, laser tag is a team or individual activity where players attempt to score points by tagging targets, typically with a handheld infrared emitting targeting device. In indoor play, a visible laser combined with theatrical fog typically provide the visual effect of firing, while having no actual role in transmitting the fire signal. Laser tag is popular with a wide range of ages. When compared to paintball, people like laser tag better because it is painless and does not use any physical projectiles. Indoor versions of laser tag may be considered less physically demanding because most indoor venues prohibit running or roughhousing. Now whether the venue follows their own…

Welding is the joining of metals. Modern welding is that there are four components. The four components are the metals themselves, a heat source, filler material and some kind of shield from the air. When considering a career in welding, a person must carefully look into the responsibilities this will entail, the skills one must have to succeed, plus another important aspects such as working conditions, salary, and the future of the job; however, just as important is to carefully seek out the Texas State Technical College will best prepare for this profession.…
Euthanasia the assisted killing of a terminal patient is a controversial topic that medical professionals cannot avoid. Many health professionals face the ethical dilemma of whether or not they should end a patient’s misery. Patient’s rights are always the top priority, doctors are taught to find every possible way to treat and cure the patient, but the possibility of the patient being irremediable to what extent is the health care professionals willing to go to give the patient their wishes?…
First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different Religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and deathrates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities: 1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose. 2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over. So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "it will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you, and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number 2 must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct...leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my…
There is a lot of new Technology in welding. “ Engineers pass plans and projects to mid-management personnel who must carry out the planning, organization, and delivery of manufacturing projects. Emphasis is on developing skills needed to lead projects and interface with engineering and development teams.” With proper technology we can create new things that were not possible before; the changes we make in the future will be amazing.…
Welding with a rod is called SMAW (Stick Metal Arc Welding), you will absolutely need to know the type of welding if you are planning to be a pipeliner. SMAW is one of the hardest types of welding to master, and it is the most effective. Most welders start off by learning how to weld with a rod. There are also two more types of welding along with brazing and oxyacetylene cutting. GTAW better known as tig or tungsten arc welding is absolutely the hardest type of welding to learn mostly because you need very steady hands and good hand-eye coordination. GTAW is used to weld very thin metals such as aluminum, copper, etc. GMAW is the easiest type of welding and can be used for mostly anything. Some beginners use this if they cant get SMAW down, this is just an easier route. GMAW isn’t the strongest weld to put on something you want to hold a lot of pressure or something you want to last for a very long…
But before starting any welding, cutting, grinding or drilling begins you should always put safety first. Having the proper clothing, gloves, shoes, eye protection, and welding helmet is crucial. Prepping metal typically begins by cutting metal to length, which could be done with a torch, sheer, or cut off wheel, all tools I use at home on a regular basis, and was trained to use in welding classes. After cutting the required pieces of metal to specified lengths, we can begin to bend and shape metal if required to do…
The word laser is an acronym that stands for "light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation." In a fairly unsophisticated sense, a laser is nothing more than a special flashlight. Energy goes in, usually in the form of electricity, and light comes out. But the light emitted from a laser differs from that from a flashlight, and the differences are worth discussing. You might think that the biggest difference is that lasers are more powerful than flashlights, but this conception is more often wrong than right. True, some lasers are enormously powerful, but many are much weaker than even the smallest flashlight. So power alone is not a distinguishing characteristic of laser light. But for now it 's enough to say that there are three differences between light from a laser and light from a flashlight. First, the laserbeam is much narrower than a flashlight beam. Second, the white light of a flashlight beam contains many different colors of light, while the beam from a laser contains only one, pure color. Third, all the light waves in a laserbeam are aligned with each other, while the light waves from a flashlight are arranged randomly. The significance of this difference will become apparent as you read about the nature of light. Lasers come in all sizes—from tiny diode lasers small enough to fit in the eye of a needle to huge military and research lasers that fill a three-story building. And different lasers can produce many different colors of light. The "light" produced by carbon dioxide lasers and neodymium lasers cannot be seen by the human eye because it is in the infrared portion of the spectrum. Interestingly, few of these lasers produce even as much power as an ordinary 100-W lightbulb. What 's more, lasers are not…
