Utkarsh Mittal is a highly responsible subordinate as well as team leader and he is already handling manager level jobs. He is a delightful young man and is sensitive to needs of others. He is highly involved with his colleagues on both professional and personal level. I have never seen him say no to anyone. He is also very compassionate and enthusiastic when it comes to serving the community. He volunteered to organize a medical camp for the nearby villagers and did an excellent job in publicizing the event. It was because of his door-to-door publicity that we were able to serve more than a thousand needy people. Because of his keen interest in CSR activities, he was put on CSR committee of Fatehpur substation. His contribution to the CSR does not count towards his performance review but still he regularly devotes time beyond his work schedule to these activities. He efficiently utilized the CSR fund that was underutilized for two year by installing solar street lights in nearby villages. He has come up with several great ideas that have improved our productivity and efficiency at work. He has his own way of doing things. He respects the procedures of the company but never follows them blindly. This quality has helped him implement several innovative ideas that have saved lot of time and money. He took the initiative to automate the CVT secondary voltage monitoring activity which required no skill but only extensive labour. He also came up with a brilliant idea when he was asked to install remote oil temperature indicators in transformers at our substation. After implementing his idea, we were required to install temperature indicators in only one transformer out of eleven.
