Officer Glover search the passenger side of the vehicle and located, three pounds of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, along with 1.2 pounds of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine. I was able to find a driver license in the vehicle for the driver, Mr. Marco Hendon, who is a convicted felon with a felony attempted murder warrant out of Dade County, Florida. I asked Mr. Hendon if he would consent to a field sobriety tasks, he refused. I transported Mr. Hendon to Franklin County Sheriff’s Department for housing and obtained a search warrant for Mr. Hendon’s blood. I transported him to Southern Tennessee Medical Center, where the warrant was executed at 3:19 A.M. . I ran a complete criminal history on Mr. Hendon, which revealed he had two pervious Driving Under the Influence convictions, and fifth driving while licenses revoked. He was transport to Franklin County Sheriff’s Officer and Booked accordingly.
