Vicious Pets Research Paper
Do you know how many people die because of vicious pets? Vicious pets are really dangerous and never know what you are going to do to you. Over 700,000 people die each year because of vicious pets. Vicious animals should be banned as household pets. Vicious pets can cause harm and do very bad damage. In reality some pets are loved and cared for while some other pets are harmful and vicious. Some people love vicious pets because they say they are guard dogs and they can take care of themself. But they really can’t, they are not loved or cared for, so they turn their backs on you and don’t love you anymore, that's why over 600,000 pets and animals are taken away because they are being abused, harassed, and not loved for.

In his absolutely definitive book, “Explore Phantom Black Dogs”, the author and researcher Bob Trubshaw wrote the following: ‘The folklore of phantom black dogs’, is known throughout the British Isles. From the black shuck of East Anglia to the Mauthe Dhoog of the Isle of Man there are tales of huge spectral hounds ‘darker than the night sky’ with eyes ‘glowing red as burning coals.’ Hell Hound myths are known around the world, however, while a number of intriguing theories exist to explain the presence and nature of such spectral-like beasts, certainly the most ominous is that they represent some form of precursor to- or instigator of- doom, tragedy and death.…

Some people think that Pit Bulls are inherently vicious but that is not true, Pit Bulls are only vicious if someone makes them that way. There are not bad dogs, only bad people. A pit bull is not inherently vicious, if they are aggressive and attack, either the person most likely deserved it or they were trained to do so. Furthermore, Pit bulls are no more vicious than Golden Retrievers, Beagles, and other well known dogs. There was a recent study by the American Temperament Testing Society that tested 122 dog breeds and Pit Bulls had a passing score of 86.8%. Pit Bulls ranked fourth for the highest passing breed in this study. You are very unlikely to be fatally attacked by a Pit Bull. In fact, you are 60 times more likely to die from falling…

As Gladwell states, often dogs involved in attacks have not been raised in a normal loving home. Being isolated on purpose isn’t a life for any living being but instead of changing the dog’s life, not allowing this kind of treatment, we are focusing on eliminating the breed. If we banned all the breeds considered vicious most likely these irresponsible owners will either turn another breed vicious or ignore the…

I have found a lot of information about this breed of dogs and everything points to one question. Although some individuals perceive pit bull dogs to have a bad reputation, many have found these animals to be wonderful house pets when treated with kindness and love.…

There are many ways in which people tend to abuse of animals. An example is neglect, meaning that between a pet and the owner there is a “failure to provide an animal with the most basic of requirements of food, water, shelter and veterinary care” (What). Dogfighting is another example. Dogfights are events when two dogs are put inside a fighting pit and are forced to fight until the other one is dead or is too weak to fight back. The fights are brutal and the owners abandon the loosing dogs with only a couple more hours to live because of its deadly injuries or inhumanly kill the dogs themselves. The winning dog owner gets a money price. Most of the dogs that are considered to not be good enough to be entered in the pit and be victorious are used as bait to train other dogs or as breeding dogs where they are constantly exploited. All of these actions that people inflict on the animals can make them become very scared of humans, other dogs and their surroundings causing them to be very…

Wild animals are as their name says, wild. When something frightens them or they feel unsafe they will hurt, maul or even kill people. In Wild Animals Aren’t Pets they state, “In 2009, a 2-year-old Florida girl was strangled by a 12-foot-long Burmese python, a family pet that had gotten out of it’s aquarium.” (Kukol 1) As you can see wild animals are not meant to be kept in an aquarium, they are meant to be kept in the wild. When they are kept as pets this is the outcome.…
