VIRTUAL MEETING INDIVIDUAL ANALYSIS

Introduction
Collaboration between team members: Our first virtual meeting was held on October 5th 2013 at 6:00 pm till 7:20 pm. The duration of the meeting was an hour and 20 minutes. Due to technical difficulties and lack of communication, the meeting was significantly delayed, till systems were up and running. Hence, the meeting commenced at around 6:20 pm in which three of the group members were present. Some of the initial setbacks faced by the team were the lack of experience handling blackboard conference. This caused some time to overcome, but with teamwork we had resolved the issue and progressed onto the content of the meeting.
Content of the meeting:
The meeting commenced with the group discussing where we currently stood, what topics we had covered and what should be discussed in the meeting and left for the next meeting. The group began talking about what the project should be on about and what we are focusing on. Understanding each team member’s background, skills, preferences and perspective in the team, Jennifer Alarcon started explaining and allocating our tasks. We are focusing on Passaic County Community College’s media services. We came to an agreement in Carlos Infante interviewing Chris, the director of media services regarding the issue on low funding and the setbacks that arise from the lack of proper funding. The interview is set up for Monday, October 7th 2013 between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Director, Chris is facing an issue of having two full time employees due to low funding; the two employees and a bunch of part time workers who only gets 29 hours a week. If the part time workers were to work over time it had to be voluntarily because they do not get paid. The work at media services required or could benefit from more
