As for secondary setting, I can work on using my hands more and being more aggressive when I do set. My area of improvement for small balls is that I can make sure I am really focusing on them and for secondary setting I can make sure I am putting up an accurate and better the ball for my teammates. My performance skills that are my strengths are being hardworking and competitive. I think I work hard on the court and although I may not always get the best results, I am still trying hard. As for competitive, I feel like I am very competitive and always have the will and strive to get better and win.
What performance skills do you need to improve? The performance skills that I need to improve are being resilient and courageous. I can be more resilient by not being so hard on myself when it comes to mistakes. As for being courageous, this is the main skill I need to focus on because I think in the Fall this held me back from improving. I think if I go all out and continue to be courageous in my play I can get better as a volleyball player.
