What Are The Characteristics Of Lennie In Of Mice And Men

The character that I choose was Lennie from the story “Of Mice and Men”. The three characteristics traits that really stand out in this book/describe Lennie is; childish, forgetful, and nonfilter. In the story Lennie shows many signs of his childish side, like when George asks Lennie to give him the mouse and he responds with “what mouse I aint’ got no mouse George” (41), when George knows very well that Lennie has a mouse, as he can see it in his hand. Another example of Lennie acting childish is, throughout the story Lennie is always sneaking out to go watch over the puppies, and always asking George when he can have one of his own to keep.
