There are many things that we can learn from Brenda as herself, as a person. However, if we are to focus on the topic of being a transwoman, I think there are also something more specific that can be discussed. One of the most crucial elements that Brenda has taught was to, as simple as it may sound, be yourself. When Brenda was still a 5 years old boy, he started to see himself, or simply feel, that he is more likely a girl inside his body. He later then had a crush on Superman a few years later. There is no right or wrong by that sense, attracted by your own sex. It was …show more content…
Although such a rue can undoubtedly help ease transsexuals in terms of their physical aspects, psychologically they still require a lot more attention and care to feel accepted. In view of this, education is the only solution. People hold different opinions regarding transsexuals. She was put into jails for this action, but even in jail, she was still considered a man and was put into the male’s compartment. Therefore, the first amendment I would like to propose is to allow those who would like to achieve a different gender the ability to do so. Some are not even able to open a bank account in the gender they want, which casted a great depression on them (Winter, 2013). Therefore, the Gender Recognition Ordinance might be improved were all transsexuals granted the wish of having their gender made a reality. With such an alteration, it is believed that less transsexuals will be
