What Health Means To Me

Many people think I’m healthy and fit, but I really don’t think so. I think my physical health is about average. My mental health is also average, but my health in general could be in a better shape. Many people influence my health, physical and mental. Not only is it people who change my health, but technology too. Both can help me be healthy, but it can also be bad for my fitness. The main things when I think about health would probably more on physical, like nutrition and exercise. Things like technology and family don’t come to mind as much when I think about health, but it is important. Food is an extremely big part of my life. I like to eat junk food and drink soda and I know it is bad for me, but I keep on consuming these bad foods. One thing that influences my nutrition health is probably friends. I feel like it doesn’t help my health that much, and it is actually kind of injuring my health a bit. It keeps me from doing my homework, online or paper. And it affects even me sleeping. It can take away family time, but sometimes it connects the family too. My sister lives in a different country, and I rarely get a chance to call her. Most of my homework is on the computer, and I don’t always get a chance to go on the computer, like if it’s battery is dead. This could cause some stress, but what really bothers me is when something I worked really hard in putting a lot of effort into something on the computer and it doesn’t save. This rarely happens to me, but when it does, I get really stressed out and I’m seen being grumpy. I’m not the type of person to turn in something late, but half of the time I procrastinate on my work by going on my electronics playing games instead of doing my
