The reason I say this is because, I should not be afraid to let people know that they hurt me. By having this fear, I learned that I do not like confrontation against my own peers if it is pertaining to me. Meaning if someone came up to me and said something hurtful. I tend to walk away and let it go, and not bother me. However; if it is against someone else, I have no problem in letting them know what I think. I know that what I just said may be weird, but it is something that I am working on. Another thing that I learned to accepted was the fact that I am stubborn. I will try to see if there is anything new about me that I can learn, understand, and fix. Every day people can learn new things about themselves, and it is what you do with what you learn. That makes you the person you are, as whole. Even shapes the person you are, in your career that you have chosen. I would use these questions, to shape me as a social worker. I can use them as being an easy person to talk to, have them come to me with their problems. I can also use them, because of the fact that I am not afraid to speak my mind. Especially, if it is something that I truly believe in and no one else will speak
