In Brandon’s case, the social worker identifies who he has interactions with everyday that is directly affecting the client. For example are the school, his social worker, the psychiatric doctor, and his mother’s boyfriend.
Brandon is twelve years old and currently in school. He exhibits behaviors such as difficulty following the rules in school, home, and uses sexually explicit languages towards his female peers (Plummer,Markris, and Brocksen, 2014). For Brandon’s case, the social worker understands that the macro system provides the values, beliefs, customs, and laws for whichever culture the child grows up. On the other hand, the worker should have assess the child’s community. Assess if Brandon is involved in any groups that has something in common. Particularly if they are of the same age, interests, and gender. Likewise, where they hangout after school or if he is in a club. Brandon might be in a group that treat girls in his school disrespectfully, by using sexually explicit words towards
