What Study Abroad Means to Me Throughout my life, I have worked towards one goal which is to study abroad. Besides being fun and exciting, study abroad is a unique life changing experience that will help me grow academically, personally and prepare me for career. Here are reasons as to why I have applied for this scholarship, the field of study I have selected, and the extent of usefulness and return of this study to me and my country.
First, why Canada is the best place to study. Canada is a beautiful country known for its breathtaking scenery, metropolitan cities, safety, and very importantly for its education. Canadian English is the clearest and easiest to understand. At the same time Canada boasts one of the most cultural mosaics in the world, being home to many different nationalities. Furthermore, here are also excellent reasons that make this country the best place you would study in which is as following: 1 - Internationally Recognized Education Canadians place great importance on learning, and have developed a first-rate education system with high standards. Canadian students consistently rank among the best in world on international tests of reading, science and mathematics. A Canadian degree, diploma or certificate is recognized globally as being equivalent to those from the United States and Commonwealth countries.
2 - One of the Best Places in the World to Live Canada has been rated "The Best Country in the World to Live" three times by UNESCO. It’s no secret: Canadians and visitors to Canada enjoy a quality of life that is recognized worldwide. From safe neighborhoods in some of North America’s most cosmopolitan cities to top-notch health care and public transportation, excellence permeates every aspect of Canadian life – including a world class higher education
