Transactional managers may be more looking for a particular end result in the performance of the team working under them. Because they like to rewards the high performance workers. People need feedback because it allows them to know if they are on the right track. Just because these people are experienced and some may feel they need no to support their views or ideals they should always be willing to receive some feedback. It can help maintain a good flow of productivity for the firm as well as maintaining cost for the companies especially something like shipping or distribution. (Johnson, 2017)

Sometimes when there is a lot of work to be done it never hurt to give small task (delegate the duties) to other people on the floor. Why not try to do group sharing so that they can come up with a finished product that everyone including the client is pleased with the outcome?
