I remember the time when inferiority robbed me of my confidence to express the potential of my little mind. The thought of an immature age prevents my soul to visibly manifest its yearning to impart even a tiny amount of knowledge. I began to tread the path of life feeling incomplete and disappointed as I’m consistently bothered by my cowardice. What could be the rationality behind my incapability to convey? I learned some years after that time has its perfect way of opening the door of opportunity, and that is, after some time, I began to harness the spirit of certitude within me. Its evident whisper that the right time has come keep ringing in my ears. Finally, I’ll be able to display the breadth of my learnings, and the depth of my understanding. Imagine being given the chance to pour all that is in your mind, and putting it into a paper. It may sound great for a poet or a journalist, but it is more fulfilling on the part of someone whose almost half his life was deprived and prevented from spilling the thoughts that have remained dormant over the years; especially if those being pondered upon are all about the perspective of someone desiring to postulate his view on the how’s and why’s of state. Is the necessity of state’s existence, justifiable? How would one elucidate the existence of state in this sense? How should it be organized? How extensive should the state be in terms of its scope of government? The answers for these interesting queries will be supplied not with hasty particularity but with compendious elaboration of every postulation presented. I may not par with the renowned thinkers in terms of their experience and achievement in philosophizing and forming theories, but acknowledging the capability of the mind to reason out on things around, would qualify this work in its reliability and concatenated presentation.
