I have three important and special times in my life that made me who I am, and who I was to people world wide. Those three time periods in my life are, how I got discovered, my college career, and my Olympic and professional club career.…
Children with disabilities get cured faster when they interact with animals. Mental patients suffering from depression get better and are energized when they interact with animals. Studies have shown that; children with pets are more vibrant. People suffering from disabilities, mental and emotional problems are slowly cured when they interact with horses. Horses are the mirrors of the human soul. Who would have thought horses can help individuals break bad habits and addiction?…

Initially, my experience while out riding or just hanging out with horses was pleasurable. While riding I would experience exhilaration, a sense of accomplishment, and a synchronicity of movement. However, my relationship with these creatures, which in later years would deepen into a genuine friendship and a deep bond of love with my present mare Tamrah, was timid and perhaps shallow. I did not at the time fully appreciate the gift that these mythical creatures provide. Their mere presence and willingness to be ridden still surprises me. Their sheer size and strength, paired with their high acute emphatic skills inspire and humble me. I initially lacked the ability to form deeper relationships because of my mistrust of others and lack of self esteem, an unfortunate…
Being able to participate and take part in this project was very interesting. It gave me a chance to look at how others view me, how I view myself, and what influences me to be the person that I am. I’ve always been a nice and hardworking person. I love to help people, and I try to stay very positive even when situations present themselves to seem impossible. My family and friends along with my boyfriend all help influence the attitude that I have towards life. I’m a very open person in social situations, but I can also be very guarded about my personal life. I’ve always had a pretty decent self-esteem. I try not to allow others the satisfaction of forcing me to come out of my comfort zone and ruin my self-esteem. I try to stay out of situations that may make me feel bad about myself.…

According to the assessment, my highest score of 34 was in the category Artistic, next was Social with 32 and my last 2 categories tied at 11 in the categories Investment, and Enterprise(National Center for O*NET Development). In tying this into my Job zone assessment, my results show that I am willing to add more education in order to have a specific career. By choosing to add more to my education, I found my top career choices to be a Mental Health counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Counseling Psychologist(National Center for O*NET Development). This does not surprise me considering I have been pursuing a career in mental health. It is a good exercise to keep your plan in focus. This is important because as many career-counseling theorists suggest, a career path can often change as life changes (Niles and Bowlsbey, 2013).…

One of the most important aspects of my life right now is my job. I've accomplished many goals and met standards set by you. I always listened to what you had to say and respected your authority. I've never been late to work; working 5 days a week. No matter how busy we get I've always managed to keep the box in balance and keep my customers satisfied.…
Many people and experiences have shaped the person that I am today. Everyone that I meet thinks that I am quiet, but once they get to know me, they see how funny and crazy I am. I am generally a positive person to be around as I try to have fun and make my friends and family laugh. Everyone I have met has taught me something, whether I hated it or loved it. My grandma taught me how to bake chocolate chip muffins and my friends have taught me how to come out of my shell and talk with more people.…
One thing that has shaped me to become the person writing to you today, is my level of determination to succeed. That probably sounds hollow, because everyone will say that, but let me explain my story. I am not a prideful person or a personal flag waver, so even telling this story is difficult. I cannot say what I am now without showing how I’ve been fighting my whole life to be able to call myself determined.…
Clearly, spending quality time with loved ones, receiving a good education, and expressing deep thoughts by poetry are all very significant in my life and have greatly affected the person that I have become today. Although the person I am now is not…
Over the past years of my life there has always been an important person who has impacted me in many different ways. Through his hard work, determination, and love for family, he has set an example for me to follow and has shaped me into the person I am today. Besides setting an example for me he has become such an important person; due to the support he has given me in the hardest moments of my life, and because of all the sacrifices he has made to provide an education for me. That person is still living today and I am proud to call him, father.…
