Why Did The Second World War Began
The Second World War ultimately began because Germany wanted to avenge its loss in the first World War. Fascism became popular in Italy and Germany during this time. In Germany, Hitler wanted to take over German speaking countries surrounding Germany, such as Austria, and parts of Czechoslovakia. Although, he was offered an appeasement, Hitler broke his promise and he demanded to get those countries back. Hitler and the German army started spreading across Europe, killing thousands of civiians. At this time, Hitler refused to directly fight against America. That’s when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. A day after, Roosevelt declared war, and Germany and Italy declared war against the United States. During this time, America
