Last week’s essay talked about who, how and why the World War II started. Today, we are going to talk about who and how did the war end, why did it get to an end and what could have happened if Adolf Hitler would have won. The World War II ended in the 8th of May in the year of 1945, the end of the war was named “VE” that stands for “Victory in Europe”, announced by Winston Churchill. People celebrated in the streets of Britain. But in the far east people was furious and claimed for life. Japan did not attack at the same time as Germany did, they hold up for another couple of months, but then on August 6th and 9th they dropped atomic months on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. On the September, the 2nd, in 1945 agreed to a forced surrender and officially ended for the rest of the war. Allied forces began to take large numbers of axis prisoners, then the liberation of Nazi Concentration Camps and refugees happened. After that the Germans left Finland, 1,500,100 prisoners were taken to the Western Front in 1945, also several German troops were captured by the Western Allies in the last campaign of the war in Italy. After liberation, many died due to weakness in their body since they have not eaten well enough, and had work hard during the time they were in the concentration camps. In April and May in 1945 there were events that lead to the end of the world war II. More allies pushed to Europe in 1945. Just a few days later, Hitler apparently committed suicide in a bunker, which meant that Germany were surrender from the world war. Basically, it ended in the total destruction of the Nazi Germany’s government in May of 1945. In conclusion, the World War II ended because of many reasons, which stopped the violence and un-justice of the Axis nations and finally brought peace to every person
