Why Did You Leave Your Last Job

1. How do you handle pressure?
Pressure is important to me. I work better under pressure because I enjoy working in a challenging environment. It actually helps me to stay motivated and productive. I am skilled at handling heavy workload and meeting deadline since I never see them as a stress yet a working incentive. For example, if there are several projects assigned to me in the same time, I am able to deal with them efficiently. I have a good time management skill. I create a schedule that detail how I would break down each project into small assignments so as to complete all projects ahead of time and avoided unnecessary stress.
Besides, I will work with a positive attitude. I always encourage myself when I encounter any difficulties. For instance, I will convince myself with confidence, which believes in myself can do it no matter how tough the task is. I concentrate on the task at hand instead of thinking about my ability or other factors. It reduces any stress I may feel in the working process.

2. Why did you leave your last job?
I involved in a number of major projects. I really enjoy the happiness came from the successful marketing campaigns that I have conceived and managed. However, I have been thinking for a while that I would like to work for a bigger company with more opportunities for my career development. I think it is the ideal time for a change and to move on. I am ready to take on new challenges and grow my career. This position is suitable for me because my skills and experience in marketing can be fully utilized. I also hope that I can acquire more skills and gain more experience from this
