Why Do You Admire Steve Jobs?
In the history of entrepreneurship, passionate commitment to the vision, certainty that the vision can be achieved and is worth achieving is a conviction to be observed in all successful entrepreneurs.
But very few of them have changed our lives, changed the way we exchange thoughts, changed the nature of technology, and in fact shook the industry. Even fewer have brought changes across industries. These are the great innovators who make us believe that ideas matter, that ideas shape the future and that ideas can and will continue to change the world.
Amongst all the global innovators cum entrepreneurs, I admire Steve Jobs the most! He was different from the difficult bosses we know. He was charismatic, inspired people to achieve great things, engendered loyalty in his team. He changed the way people around the world experienced

He created his own yardstick of quality and stuck to perfecting his designs at all costs. He did not get it right every single time but that never made him compromise with best he could provide. He always had his focus fixated on his vision which he reiterated to himself and his team time and again. His love for innovating simplistic designs requires deep understanding and hard work. He never ignored a complexity but with his innate ability to see the unnecessary, he would redefine the problem or approach. It led him to be father of wonderful innovations which did not require any manuals for operations; it led him to be considered as a leader amongst the best entrepreneur in the world.
I wish to inculcate the relentless optimism for believing that social problems can be solved and look for a whole new way. I need to innovate ways that can leverage businesses and technology to solve social problems. And I feel the solution is easy and we only need to uncomplicated and look afresh. Like jobs I want to make innovations that become the carriers of social change I wish to bring in the
