Being a coach at REV would help me gain a new perspective on the game. Through running practices at the high school level, I have learned how to be a leader and that is something that I can bring with me as a coach to REV.
2) What would be the three most important REV concepts you would try to both model and encourage in others? How would you do both?
The three most important REV concepts are run full speed, be a great teammate and never give up. By demonstrating drills and my attitude towards the game I would be able to both model how these concepts are done and inspire others to do the same.

REV's goal is to help everyone achieve there goal of playing college lacrosse. I can help the girls accomplish there goal of playing in college by giving them advise to improve there ability on the field to make them ready for the next level.
4) If, as a REV Senior Coach, you are at a tournament and overhear parents speaking negatively about REV or a REVer, what would you do?
I would ask the parents to stop talking negatively about REV or a REVer, and if they did not then I would ask them to leave the game. I would also report it to an older coach.
