Now more than ever, somebody has to do the manual labor that few want to do like fixing cars, unclogging toilets, and building houses. These jobs are sometimes seen as “lower-level” jobs. However, there are times when certain people genuinely want to do them. “Many are hustled off to college, then to a cubicle, against their own natural inclinations and bents, when they would rather be learning how to build or fix things” (Source A). This can show just how certain students do not have the ability to do what they really want as a career. In conclusion, college is not worth the cost primarily because of economic reasons. Many say that their experience at college has yet to pay off, and it is not likely it will anytime soon (Source F; Source C). College fails to prove some with the skills that they are interested in and rather trains them and sends them off to other things. Not going to college outweighs the benefits of going because of financial reasons, how it might restrain innovation, and if it allows students to focus on what they really want to
