The Philosophies that fit my mission, goals, and objectives are Idealism and Realisms. First with the philosophy Idealism represent myself because I am a big advocate in developing my character and becoming my best self as possible. I am on the Track team at John Carroll and I work out five days throughout the week by doing a lot of running where I am developing skills and strategies to becoming an excellent runner. A positive experience I had with Realism was when I had a Track workout specifically working on lifting my knees, so I did five 150-meter dash tempos to help me with lifting my knees when running which helped me develop the skills of being a great runner. A negative experience I had was another Track workout with working on lifting my knees but instead this one was a bit harder. I had to do six 300-meter dash tempos with lifting my knees and it hurt a lot. Although, it paid off with helping me with lifting my knees while
