What school should I go to? I asked myself this question many times. What I had to figure out first is what I wanted to do with my life after the military. After talking to friend and family about colleges I was told I should get enrolled and take my general education classes and at least get those knocked out. I needed to find a school that was flexible and understanding of my busy lifestyle. A school that has worked with military before and understands how one second we are home with the family and the next second deployed overseas for months at a time. Since I am constantly in the field training or working, Excelsior provided me the solution that allowed me to complete my classes. In the past, I have attended college where I physically had to be in the class but I have always ended up withdrawing due to my erroneous work schedule.
