All the popular software of the company is free. Those include Gmail, Google Docs, Chrome, Google Earth, Google Translate, Analytics, and much more without even charging a penny for it. Users had learned to cope with Google’s quality essence. Hence, ads for Google can make up a bucket load of money and customers never worry in considering buying paid products, because Google ensure it with excellence. Not only that, company/industrial relations will always be on top of the list. When a Google employee dies, their spouses receive half pay from the company for 10 years and their children US $1000 per month until they turn 19. This means they are not willing to take advantage of their customers and they will always do the best possible way to treat the environment fairly.
