Why Is It Important To Know Michael Jordan
The life of Michael Jordan is important to know. He is a great NBA legend that is know to be the best ever. He was born on February 17, 1963. As a kid, Michael lived in Brooklyn but had to move to North Carolina. He moved, because what happened in Brooklyn was bad. He seen drugs, shooting, and gangs all around him. North Carolina was a much safer environment for Michael. Michael has loved the game of basketball his whole life, and still does. The life of Michael Jordan is an amazing story to know. Michael Jordan played basketball since he was a kid. He played in elementary all the way through high school. When he tried out for the team in high school, he didn’t make it. The NBA stands for National Basketball Association, and is where the top players from the world, and mostly the United States, play basketball against each other. He was drafted to the Chicago Bulls in 1984. He also made a best friend there, his name was Scottie Pippen. He loved Chicago and all it had to offer; the fans, atmosphere, big city, and of course, his teammates. Mr. Jordan success as a basketball player is amazing. He won three championships even before 1994. They went to the playoff in 1993 and won it in game six versus a really good team, the Phoenix Suns. After 1993, Mich had decided to play baseball and not basketball. When he retired from the NBA, he went to play for the Birmingham Barons. He wasn’t nearly as good in baseball as basketball. After getting a taste of baseball, he decided to come back to the NBA and play for the same team, the Chicago Bulls. He was a little rusty when he came back from playing baseball, but he was still really good. When he came back he won three back to back titles. He was very triumphant when he came back to being victorious in the NBA. In the end, his won six championships and six time all star. He has won a scoring title ten times and mvp five times. He retired in 2003 and was in the Hall of Fame. What made him be the most successful NBA Hall of Famer is that he wanted it more than any other player on the
