H1d: Cultural belief is negatively correlated with Organizational communication
Ha: Cultural belief is correlated with Organizational communication.
Interpretation: - The Correlation coefficient is 0.681 which indicates the positive association between the Cultural belief and organizational Communication. Which tell us that the cultural belief of any organization is positively related to the Communication in that organization. This means that changes in cultural belief are strongly correlated with changes in the communication. Since Pearson r>.01 hence, the null hypothesis is rejected which is (H1d) and hence alternate hypothesis is accepted. I.e. Cultural belief is correlated with Organizational Communication.

Which tell us that the communication in any organization is positively related to the policies of that organization. This means that changes in culture are strongly correlated with changes in the policies.
