I believe this because when I was a child at the age of 8 and under, I used to have screentime very frequently. This led to me being overweight, not tired when bed time came, etc.
For example, one day, (I was 7, about to turn 8.), I stayed inside all day doing nothing but playing video games and looking at the T.V. That night, I couldnt seem to get tired, I sat in bed till nearly 12 in the morning with fluecent thoughts that would not shut off. This began to happen often, as I increased my screen time.
Yes, I do understand that it matters more about what kids are viewing, rather than
