I was born with the passion for soccer. At the age of two I was already wearing my first soccer jersey and had started running around the house with a ball falling every couple seconds. I would trip over the ball and start crying and would get up right after and repeat the same procedure over and over. I started playing on a team when I was five years old and ever since have kept playing. The intensity and aggression of the game calls my attention and just having a ball at my feet makes me forget about everything else going on in the world. Soccer is a sport which takes skill and determination to get better. I consider my dad my coach. I turn to him whenever I need help improving my skills. He has never given up on me and always has the time to take me to my practices and games. Those forty five minute rides to practice and games even after he has had a long tiring day at work will never go unappreciated. I have the same dream he once had when he was younger and one day I want to make him proud and make him know that all those long tiring rides will be worth it. He continues to push me to do the best of my ability in both soccer and school. He has never missed a single game and is always the loudest parent in the stands when I score. I relate a soccer game to my life. If I go through it feeling defeated and alone, I will never reach my goals and
