One of the pictures is of the American flag flowing in the “wind” on the moon. The picture was taken right after the flag was planted which because of inertia means that the force of the flag being put down was still in the flag which was causing it to move even though the flag seemed untouched. Only 2 people were allowed onto the surface at a time so that there would still be one person …show more content…
in the lander to do things. In another photo there is a picture being taken of one of the astronauts and you can see the other one in his visor, so who took the picture? Cameras were actually strapped on a pole attached to the astronaut’s chest which is how they took the picture. But what about the strange lights? What caused them?
The lights are actually the simplest of them all. The light from the sun or the light reflecting off the earth simply hit the camera at an angle and caused lens flare, it happens all the time when taking photographs. In many photos taken on the moon, there seems to be no stars whatsoever. You would think that the moon would be a good place to see stars with very small atmosphere and no sort of air pollution. You would be correct in saying that but only when you’re on the dark side of the moon. When the sun is both directly hitting the moon and reflecting off the earth than stars would be very hard to see. The cameras that were used also made the pictures look a bit dimmer than they actually were when being taken.
On the contrary though there are some reasons of why the moon landing did seem fake and had been made in a studio, For example, the “c” rock. In a photo there is a rock in the foreground that seems to be labeled with a “c”. There is no definite answer to this other than a visual error or maybe a hair in that spot when the photo was taken. The “c” may have been a label for a prop meant to be in that spot while filming that shot of the moon but there is no real evidence about the rock. The shadows off of rocks and other objects have also been seen to have very different angles of shadows. The shadows have been seen to be as much as 45 degrees apart and there are no explanations of this happening. The only slight explanation is that the sun reflecting off the earth makes a different shadow to the shadow coming from the light of the sun.
Even though the moon landing might have been faked it also might have not.
The moon landing was such a big accomplishment to all of mankind that I just refuse it to have been faked in front of millions of people. The universe is such a mysterious place that we barley know anything about it. It’s surprising to realize that we know more about our own moon, something that is 240,000 miles away, than we know about our own oceans. We still have much to discover about our own planet and planets millions of light years away. The moon is just such an insignificant thing that even though some think we still have not been there, we have so much information about it that it is so hard to believe them. The moon will always just be a ball of dust in space, but it is still an accomplishment that will have been that start to all of our future endeavors into space, because the hardest part is taking that first
step.
