All the Characters in the Truman show are a living Lie
The Truman Show by Peter Weir is about the main character Truman not knowing that his whole life is surrounded by actors. Everyone but Truman is in on it and lie to Truman by acting as if it’s a normal life. I believe this is extremely wrong because everyone around Truman is faking their life. Christof manipulates Truman from the day he was born until the very last moment when Truman escapes from the horrible place sea heaven. "God sake, Christof, the whole world is watching. We can't let him die in front of a live audience!" President of Omnicom said, "He was born in front of a live audience." Replied Christof. At this stage in the movie, Christof had done everything in his power to stop Truman escaping. President Omnicom was the weather controller throughout the movie, Christof asked him to turn up rain and the wind to the highest it could possibly go whilst Truman was sailing away on a boat. This proves that Christof was careless about Truman’s life and wanted him to die in front of the audience
