Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill is one of Britain‘s greatest achiver. He was a remarkable politician. He is conidered to be one of the best politicians of his time and ours. He was also a brillant speech writer and perhaps among the greatest puplic speakers in history. He was also an artist.
Winston was born on November 30, 1874, to a British father and an American mother. This was a family of wealth who treated him to a rich lifestyle. His father, Lord Randolph Churchill, was a British politician and aristocrat. His mother, Jennie Jerome, was a daughter of an American entrepreneur. Churchill‘s parents were occupied with high society and did not spend a great deal of time with him. In his younger years Winston was sometimes rebellious and often found in trouble. He did not do well in school, and often stuttered when he spoke. People would have never thought that he would turn out to be such an impacting leader.
