Marine biology keeps you safe when you swim and keeps you healthy when you drink your water. Without them we wouldn’t know why people used to get sick from the water they …show more content…
Marine biologists study biological oceanography and the associated fields of chemical, physical, and geological oceanography to understand sea organisms. Marine biologists can tell you the difference between any fish. They can also tell you what fish would be an ideal pet for your family. They can tell you where they are from, what they eat, if they can be with other fish without consequences and even how big of a tank would be good enough to keep the fish in. there are many different types of fish whether they are fresh water or salt water. They help you know what part of the animal to stay away from and how to say safe in a dangerous situation. For example how you can avoid being hurt by a shark by avoiding its eye sight areas.
